卸载荣耀电脑管家捆绑的奇安信 (QAXDefender) 操作记录

机型：荣耀 magic book 14 2022 锐龙版

背景

系统日志（Kernel-Power Event ID 41）显示多次意外重启，排查发现 QAXDefender.SDK 和 QaxEngManager 服务启动失败/意外终止，是奇安信安全软件与系统冲突的典型症状。

系统组件分布

系统中存在两个 QAX 组件：

前置分析

  • 充电上限功能由 MBAMainService（HONOR PCManager Windows Service）控制，与 QAX 无关
  • 卸载 QAX 不会影响荣耀电脑管家的电池管理功能

操作步骤（需管理员权限）

以下命令均在 以管理员身份运行的 PowerShell 中执行。

1. 停止 QAX 服务

2. 禁用 QAX 服务（防止自动启动）

注意事项

  1. 必须管理员权限：所有核心操作（sc.exe、Remove-Item 删系统目录、注册表操作）都需要 UAC 提权
  2. 奇安信有自保护机制：如果文件删除失败，先运行步骤 4 强杀进程
  3. 重启生效：操作完成后建议重启，确保服务注册变更和驱动从内存中彻底清除
  4. 不要删除荣耀电脑管家主程序：仅删除 qspublic\qaxdefender.exe，保留其余组件
